Right of withdrawal
Of course you can return the jewelry. The intention is that you wear it with pleasure. After all, that is what we make them for. Below you can read step by step how to return the items and what the conditions are.
How do I return my order?
If you want to cancel the purchase, we request that you use our return form . Fill in the form and cut off the top part. You can stick the top part on the package.

What should I do if I want to exchange an item?
If you want to exchange a product, follow the same steps as for returning. The same conditions also apply as for returning. You can order the desired new product directly via our webshop.
How many days do I have to return my order?
The standard return period is 14 calendar days. The period starts after receipt of the product. For multiple products from a single order, the period only starts after delivery of the last product. If you have indicated that you want to cancel the purchase, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Are there any costs associated with returning an item?
The costs for returning are for your own account. The costs depend on the chosen method.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel the contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Damage to broken or used products will be charged.

- Items of which all labels and packaging are still present
Which items cannot be returned?
- especially for custom-made jewelry and items that do not fall within the standard dimensions and/or designs (as stated on the website)
When will the money be refunded?
Clic Creations is committed to refunding all paid amounts within 14 days after dissolution. As soon as the jewelry has arrived at our premises, we often process the return immediately (on working days). As a result, the amount due is often in your account within 2-5 working days!

Clic Creations undertakes to refund all payments made within 14 days of the dissolution. As soon as we have received the article, we will process the return immediately (on working days). This means that you will usually get your money back sooner. With some payment methods, the processing of the refund takes a little while, but rarely longer than 14 days. We therefore ask for your patience. Should it take longer than 14 days, please contact us!

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive payments you have made up to that time, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
