Free repair under warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on jewelry purchased from CLIC by Suzanne, effective from the date of purchase, upon presentation of a valid receipt (e.g. from a jeweler or a confirmation email).
This warranty covers all manufacturing defects that occur within one year of purchase. The warranty does not cover: broken pins, bent necklace wires or damage caused by improper use. In addition, we ask you not to repair the product yourself because this will also void the warranty.

If, after inspection, it appears that the defect in your jewelry is covered by the warranty, we will of course reimburse the shipping costs.

*Magnets that are manually attached by a customer must be burned out. Therefore, this is not covered by the warranty.
You can use our repair form if you decide to repair your CLIC jewelry.
For an exact price quote, we must first inspect the jewelry. All postage costs are for your own account. After receiving the jewelry, you will receive the price quote from us via e-mail. After approval, we will start working on the repair.
If you have any other questions, you can always contact us for appropriate advice. We can polish and matt almost all jewelry as good as new in our studio.
